  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 12 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello

Directions

    Drain pineapple and heat juice.

    Dissolve jello in juice.

    Set aside to cool.

    Stir in cottage cheese, pineapple and Cool Whip. Pour into mold and set overnight.
