- 6 medium egg whites
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 6 medium egg yolks
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/4 tsp pink food colour
- 2 envelope vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 envelope baking powder
Directions

1Note: eggs must be in the room temperature.

2Mix the yolks with the sugar , vanilla and 2 eggs with the electric mixer in a bowl

3In another bowl mix the egg whites with the picnh of salt untill it becomes a maringe

4Add the maringe to the egg yolks and stir well

5Mix the flour and the baking powder .. and add them to the mixture of the eggs ..then mix well with the electric mixer.

6Put the pink food color and stir well

7Put it in the oven in a medium-high temprature for about 45 minutes
