  • 6 medium egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 medium egg yolks
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/4 tsp pink food colour
  • 2 envelope vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 envelope baking powder

    Note: eggs must be in the room temperature.

    Mix the yolks with the sugar , vanilla and 2 eggs with the electric mixer in a bowl

    In another bowl mix the egg whites with the picnh of salt untill it becomes a maringe

    Add the maringe to the egg yolks and stir well
  5. 5
    Mix the flour and the baking powder .. and add them to the mixture of the eggs ..then mix well with the electric mixer.

    Put the pink food color and stir well

    Put it in the oven in a medium-high temprature for about 45 minutes
