- 3 lb. pinkito beans
- 2 small ham hocks
- 2 medium onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Gebhart's chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash beans thoroughly and soak overnight.

2While beans and ham hocks are boiling, chop onion and garlic (not too fine).

3Brown in skillet with vegetable oil, then add chili powder and tomato sauce.

4Let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

5When beans are half done, add sauce and salt and pepper.

6Continue to boil until done.

7Cook approximately 3 hours.

8Will feed approximately 20 people.
