  • 8 ounces sausage (summer or smoked works best)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fajita seasoning mix
  • cavenders all purpose all purpose Greek seasoning or chef billy b's seasoning
  • Frank's red hot sauce
  • 16 ounces cooked pinto beans

Directions

    mix rice and beans.

    Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions.

    Add Franks (2-3 good dashes).

    Add all seasonings.

    Can also add shrimp or crab--goes great with this.

    heat all till 160degrees.
