  • 1 can pinto beans (without pork)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 7 oz. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Drain beans; put in large bowl and mix with electric mixer. Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Makes 3 regular or 2 deep-dish pies.
