- 1 c. cooked beans, drained (or 3/4 c.)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mash 1/2 cup beans until smooth.

2Stir in sugar, coconut and margarine.

3Blend in eggs, stir in other 1/2 cup beans and pour into pie shell.

4Bake 35 minutes at 325° or until done.

5Can use walnuts or pecans instead of beans.
