- 2 1/2 c. (600 ml) boiling salted water
- 1 c. (240 ml) yellow corn meal
- 2 (15 oz.) cans Lucks pinto beans with onions
- 1/3 c. chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Gradually pour cornmeal into boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3 minutes.

2Combine pinto beans with onions, olives, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.

3Pour mixture into a 2-quart oblong baking dish.

4Spread cornmeal on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
