- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 5 ounce. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pound pork sausage, cooked, liquid removed & cooled
Directions

1Mix lowfat milk, Large eggs and flour.

2Turn out on floured board, knead several times.

3Roll out in rectangle 12 x 20 x 1/4 inch.

4Cover dough with cheese and sausage.

5Roll in jelly roll fashion.

6Freeze.
-
7Cut frzn when ready to use into 24 pinwheels.

8Bake at 425 degrees till lightly brown.

9For easier handling recipe cut in half and work one half at a time.
