  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 4 oz. pimentos
  • 4 oz. chopped jalapenos
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 4-12 inch flour tortillas

Directions

    Mix dressing, onions and cream cheese together and spread onto tortilla all over leaving about an inch from edge.

    Finely chop pimentos and jalapenos after draining.

    Sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture, then roll tortilla.

    Chill for 12 hours in refrigerator.

    Cut ends off rolls and discard.

    Cut rolls into 1-inch slices.

    Arrange on platter.
