- 6 catfish fillets, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 bottle of your favorite Italian sauce
- linguini, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese for each fillet
- salt and pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped green onion
Directions

1Melt butter and garlic in skillet.

2Salt and pepper fish.

3Saute in butter over medium heat about 8 minutes, turning once.

4Put pasta onto serving dishes.

5Place one fillet on pasta on each dish. Smother with Italian sauce and Monterey Jack cheese.

6Sprinkle with parmesan and green onions.
