  • 6 catfish fillets, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, crushed
  • 1 bottle of your favorite Italian sauce
  • linguini, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese for each fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped green onion

Directions

    Melt butter and garlic in skillet.

    Salt and pepper fish.

    Saute in butter over medium heat about 8 minutes, turning once.

    Put pasta onto serving dishes.

    Place one fillet on pasta on each dish. Smother with Italian sauce and Monterey Jack cheese.

    Sprinkle with parmesan and green onions.
