  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 box 3 ounce pistachio pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 8 ounce sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold water

    Blend pudding, cake mix, and sugar with mixer on low speed to break up lumps.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Blend with mixer until well blended.

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Grease 2 bread pans.

    Bake for 45-48 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
