- 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. club soda
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix everything together and beat for 2 minutes.

2Bake in a 10-inch greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 50 minutes. Check before time is up.

3Cool for 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack.

4Split into 3 layers and slice.

5Spread 1 cup frosting between layers (1/2 cup each layer).

6Spoon rest of frosting into center.

7Sprinkle nuts over cake.
