  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix everything together and beat for 2 minutes.

    Bake in a 10-inch greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 50 minutes. Check before time is up.

    Cool for 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack.

    Split into 3 layers and slice.

    Spread 1 cup frosting between layers (1/2 cup each layer).

    Spoon rest of frosting into center.

    Sprinkle nuts over cake.
