- 2 cups flour
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 34 cup cold milk
- 12 cup pistachio nut, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 325.

2In medium bowl, stir together flour and sugarBeat in butter with mixer on medium speed until blended.

3On bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, press dough.

4Bake 20-25 minutes or just until edges are lightly browned.

5Cool completely in pan on wire rack, about 30 minutes.

6In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium speed until blended.

7Beat in pudding mix (dry) and milk.

8Spread over crust.

9Sprinkle nuts over top.

10Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.

11For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

12Store covered in refrigerator.
