  • 1 box pistachio instant Jell-O pudding
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (12 oz.) light Cool Whip

    Mix pineapple and pistachio pudding with spoon.

    Stir in miniature marshmallows and Cool Whip.

    Must refrigerate overnight. It makes it very light and fluffy.
