- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 7 drops green food coloring
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
Directions

1Mix the first 7 ingredients.

2Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

3Bake in tube pan at 350° for 55 minutes.

4When done, remove from pan and cool.

5Cut in half to make 2 layers.

6Mix the last 2 ingredients well and put half on first layer.

7Put rest on top layer.
