  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 tsp. sugar

    Mix the flour, butter, sugar and nuts all together, then press in nonstick 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
