- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 container Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut pita breads into quarters.

2Spread the insides with butter or margarine.

3Hold the pieces open as you sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

4Close each and place onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.

5Bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm.
