  • 6 whole white pitas
  • 6 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 container Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cut pita breads into quarters.

    Spread the insides with butter or margarine.

    Hold the pieces open as you sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

    Close each and place onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve warm.
