- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
- pita bread
- 3 onions, sliced
- lettuce
- tomato, diced
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.

2Toss chicken with olive or salad oil, oregano and 1 teaspoon salt.

3Peel cucumber; cut lengthwise and scrape out seeds.

4Coarsely shred on paper towel. Press to remove liquid.

5Mix cucumber, yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

6Cook chicken (about 5 minutes).

7In drippings, cook onions until tender.

8Fill pita with cucumber mixture, chicken, onions, lettuce and tomato.
