  • 2 pita breads (6-inch diameter)
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms (about 5 oz.)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Split each bread in half around edge with knife to make 4 rounds.
