- 1/2 lb. Feta
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 roll phyllo
Directions

1Wash spinach and cut off stems.

2Squeeze out water.

3Roll tightly and cut finely.

4In a large bowl, combine spinach, eggs and Feta.

5Melt margarine and brush on phyllo dough.

6Layer about 4 leaves.

7Spread spinach and and repeat layering for about 4 more layers.

8Roll up edges lightly.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
