- Italian seasoning to taste

- 1 oz. farmer cheese
Directions

1Simmer tomato juice and seasonings until almost thick.

2Add rest of ingredients, except for the bread and cheese.

3Simmer until thick.

4Toast pita bread under the broiler on both sides so it is a little crisp.

5Put on pizza mixture.

6Add cheese; put under broiler to melt cheese.
