  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • onion, chopped
  • favorite pizza toppings
  • favorite cheese topping

Directions

    Combine rice, eggs, and cheese in a bowl.

    Press firmly into bottom of 12-inch greased pizza pan.

    Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Top pizza-rice crust with onion and favorite pizza toppings.

    Mix in a small bowl the tomato sauce, oregano, basil and salt; place on top of pizza.

    Top with cheese topping.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 450°.
