- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans pizza sauce
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (8 oz.), cubed
- 1 c. or more cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine meat, egg, crackers and seasonings, mixing well with clean hands.

2When thoroughly mixed, shape into balls using about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture for each.

3Place a cheese square in center of each (be sure meat mixture covers cheese).

4Next put pizza balls into casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

5Remove from oven and drain all oil.

6Add pizza sauce over top and return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.

7Serve hot.
