Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained (I prefer hot sausage)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash or two Tabasco sauce (I prefer 3 or 4 dashes)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions

1Flatten rolls in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

2Cook and drain sausage.

3Pour crumbled sausage over rolls.

4Mix together eggs, sauces and milk and pour over sausage.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

7(May be prepared the night before.

8Just refrigerate and cook in the morning.)
