Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained (I prefer hot sausage)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash or two Tabasco sauce (I prefer 3 or 4 dashes)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Directions

    Flatten rolls in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

    Cook and drain sausage.
  3. 3
    Pour crumbled sausage over rolls.

    Mix together eggs, sauces and milk and pour over sausage.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

    (May be prepared the night before.

    Just refrigerate and cook in the morning.)
