  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes (No Salt Added), Drained
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 10 slices Pepperoni, Diced
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese

Directions

    Combine the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, ground beef, panko, and pepperoni.

    Form into patties.

    Grill for about 15 minutes.

    Heat tomato sauce in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Shut off grill, place 1 slice of provolone on each burger.

    Shut lid and allow cheese to melt for about a minute.

    Put one burger on a bottom bun, top with sauce, then the top bun.

    Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
