- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey for low-fat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- pressed garlic clove or garlic powder
- 1 tsp. each: oregano, basil and pepper
Directions

1Mix together.

2Form into one large patty in 10-inch skillet and fry until done on one side and flip over after draining off grease for beef.

3Cover top of patty with sliced mushrooms and pizza sauce.

4When bottom side of patty is done, drain grease; cover with Mozzarella cheese.

5Turn off heat and place lid on until cheese is melted.

6Serve with garlic bread and salad.
