  • 1 lb. loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Fisher Pizza Mate
  • shredded imitation Mozzarella

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Arrange bread slices in pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs, then add tomato sauce, water and Italian seasoning.

    Mix well.

    Pour mixture over bread slices evenly moistening bread completely. Top with pepperoni, Pizza Mate and shredded cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
