Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 6 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil

Directions

    Boil pepperoni for 5 minutes, covered with water to remove excess fat; drain.

    Pour margarine into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Put in drained spaghetti.

    Cover with tomato sauce, 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 Mozzarella and all mushrooms and onion.

    Sprinkle with oregano and basil.

    Add Swiss cheese, rest of pepperoni and Mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and brown on top.
