  • 2 c. Quick Mix
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add mixture to Quick Mix and form a stiff dough that can be removed from mixing bowl in a single lump.

    Place dough on lightly floured surface and knead briefly, using extra flour to keep dough from sticking to fingers or board.

    Pat dough out onto a pizza pan.

    Add pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake at 425° for about 15 to 20

    minutes.
