- 2 c. Quick Mix
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add mixture to Quick Mix and form a stiff dough that can be removed from mixing bowl in a single lump.

3Place dough on lightly floured surface and knead briefly, using extra flour to keep dough from sticking to fingers or board.

4Pat dough out onto a pizza pan.

5Add pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake at 425° for about 15 to 20

6minutes.
