- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Stir in oil, salt and pepper.

3Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.

4Turn out on a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.

5Place in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled.

6Punch down and roll into desired shape.

7Cover with pizza makings.

8Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

9Makes 2 pizzas.
