  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour

    Stir in 2 more cups flour.

    Knead until smooth and elastic, about 12 minutes.

    Let rise in warm place until more than double, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
