- 3 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Sift flour and salt.

2Add yeast to warm water and dissolve. Mix in the flour and salt.

3Knead for about 5 minutes, adding more flour only if necessary.

4Cover and let rise for 1/2 hour.

5Roll or pull by hand.

6Place on greased pizza pan.

7Makes 2 to 3 crusts.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
