- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.

3(Mixture will be thick.)

4Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

5Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and up sides.

6Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

7Makes 10 servings for teens and adults, an easy recipe.

8Serve with a salad for a main dish meal.
