- 3 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 24 corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 c. mild salsa
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425°.

2Using the largest holes on the grater, carefully grate the cheese over wax paper.

3You should have about 3/4 cup.

4Place the chips flat on a cookie sheet. Using a measuring spoon, spread 1/2 teaspoon salsa on each chip, then sprinkle the cheese evenly on each chip.

5Cook until cheese is bubbly.

6Let nachos cool for 2 minutes, then serve.
