- 1 pkg. dry yeast (I use Fleischmann's RapidRise)
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast until dissolved, then add 3/4 cup warm water, sugar, salt and oleo.

2Stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth, then add 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour to make a soft dough.

3Knead until smooth.

4Grease outside and refrigerate until ready to use (15 minutes or longer).

5Use cookie sheet instead of round pizza pan.

6Top with sauce, Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
