- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (115~)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.

3Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

4Heat oven to 425°.

5Divide dough in half.

6On lightly greased baking sheets, pat each half into circle with floured fingers. Spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Add toppings. Bake 20 to 25

7minutes.

8Makes 2 (10-inch) pizzas.
