- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 t. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 t. honey
- 1 T. olive oil
Directions

1Warm 1/4 c. water(not over 110), add honey and yeast. Let proof 10 min. Put flour and salt in food processor. With machine running, add yeast, 3/4 c. water and olive oil. Add more water until dough just comes together.

2Knead into a smooth ball. Let rest about 1 hr. Preheat stone in oven to 500 degrees. Divide dough, roll out on pizza paddle, add desired toppings and bake 5-8 min.
