- 3 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 lb. flour (use bread flour if available)
Directions

1Knead with oiled hands until smooth.

2Let raise 1 to 2 hours. Pound it down and divide into four loaves.

3Use immediately or place each ball in a Ziploc bag.

4(Put 1 teaspoon oil in each bag).

5Refrigerate until ready to use.

6It will last 2 weeks in the fridge.
