  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter soft
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley fine
  • 2 teaspoons Maille Wholegrain mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients in a bowl. Turn out onto sheet of greaseproof paper and roll into sausage shape. Chill, remove from paperand slice just before serving on steak.

    Cook steak to your liking and leave to rest. Serve with chunky chips, roasted tomatoes and slices of the mustard herb butter.
