- 1 jar Ragu
- sliced mushrooms
- 9 precooked lasagna noodles
- 15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 3 1/2 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In a 12 x 18-inch baking dish, spread 1/4 sauce, 1/2 Ricotta, 1/3 each green pepper, pepperoni, mushrooms and Mozzarella. Repeat. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, green pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms.

2Reserve remaining Mozzarella.

3Cover dish with plastic wrap. Shield short ends of dish with 2-inch wide strips of smooth foil.

4On microwave cooking rack, cook on High 8 minutes. Discard foil.

5Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes until hot.

6Top with remaining Mozzarella.

7Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

8Makes 8 servings.
