- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Spray a 1-inch side pan (jelly roll or cookie sheet).

2Brown beef, vegetables and spices in skillet.

3As soon as vegetables are wilted and meat loses red color, add the soups and grated Parmesan cheese.

4Cook 15 minutes.

5Prepare macaroni according to directions.

6Drain and air dry.

7Beat together milk and egg.

8Stir into macaroni and spread in pan (greased).

9Cover with beef and tomato mixture.

10Sprinkle 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese on top.

11Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

12Let set and cut into 8 large squares.
