- 2 c. warm (not hot) water
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 7 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Measure water and sprinkle over yeast.

2Stir until dissolved. Stir in sugar, salt and olive oil.

3Add 4 cups sifted flour and beat until smooth.

4Add rest of flour and turn out on floured board, kneading until smooth and elastic.

5Place dough in large greased bowl and grease slightly all over.

6Cover and let rise until double (approximately 45 minutes).
