  • 1 loaf frozen French, pizza, Italian or all-purpose bread dough
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey (2 1/2 c.) browned
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. grated part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 c. tomato sauce (Italian)

    Thaw dough.

    Roll into 14 x 24-inch rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

    Brown ground beef or turkey.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Spoon filling evenly onto dough, slightly pressing filling into dough.
