Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 (8 oz.) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.

2Remove from the heat.

3Add tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese and oregano.

4Mix well.

5Separate crescent dough into eight rectangles, pinching seams together.

6Place about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture along one long side of each rectangle.

7Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with a long side.

8Cut each roll into three pieces.

9Place, seam side down, 2-inches apart on greased baking sheets.

10Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

11Yield: 2 dozen.
