  • 8 oz. ziti noodles
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cubed
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
