  • 2 gal. cut up peeled tomatoes
  • 3 lb. onions
  • 1 lb. hot peppers, cut up
  • 8 green peppers, cut up
  • 2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp. garlic powder (1 fresh bulb)
  • 1/2 oz. oregano
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 4 (18 oz. each) cans tomato paste

Directions

    Cook all vegetables until tender; add everything else.

    Cook 2 hours and then seal.
