- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) jar ragu quick pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Pre heat oven to 375.

2In 12 cup muffin pan, evenly press each biscuit in bottom and up the side of each cup; chill until ready to fill.

3In skillet brown beef, drain and add pizza sauce.

4Evenly spoon mixture into each one of the cups.

5Bake for 15 minutes.

6Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden.

7Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
