  • 1 package Sausage (Jimmy Dean, Mild)
  • 1/2 blocks Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 24 slices Cocktail Sour Dough Or Rye Bread (this Is Usually Found In The Bakery Of Your Grocery Store)

    First you want to brown your sausage in a large skillet and when cooked, drain off any grease

    Cube the Velveeta cheese and add to the sausage.

    Mix in the cheese as it melts until all combined over low heat

    Stir in the Italian seasoning.

    Spoon about 1 Tablespoon of the mixture onto the cocktail bread slices.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Watch closely because oven temperatures due vary.
