  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 14 teaspoon basil
  • 14 garlic
  • 14 oregano

    Take can tomato sauce and add spices; mixing well and set aside.

    In a skillet use non-stick cooking oil to coat the bottom.

    lay a tortilla flat in the pan.

    put 1/4 Celsius cheese on half of the tortilla.

    top cheese with 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni.

    fold the tortilla in half and brown lightly.

    flip and brown lightly.

    Place on a plate and pour a small amount of sauce on the side for dipping.

    serve with freshly sliced green peppers and carrots.
