- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine (1/2 lb.)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla or anise
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.

2Beat until smooth.

3Add cooled, melted margarine and vanilla.

4Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.

5Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.

6Bake between 20 and 30 seconds on Pizzelle iron.
